Can the IAEA stop Iran's nuclear enrichment programme?
Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency are on a three-day visit to Iran to investigate the possible military aspects of the country's nuclear programme.
The team hopes to tour its nuclear facilities, look at documents and assess the nature of Iran's activities.
Dr Hans Blix is the former head of the IAEA and was the UN's Chief Weapons Inspector in Iraq before the conflict in 2003. He told Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan about the ways the team have previously tried to deter Iran's nuclear enrichment programme.
