Refugees flee as battle for control of Aleppo continues

The battle for control of Aleppo - Syria's largest city - is continuing, with reports of more clashes between government troops and rebels.

Amid worsening conditions, supplies of food and drinking water are running low and refugees continue to stream out of the city.
