Inside a Syrian refugee 'village' in Lebanon

As the violence continues within Syria, more than half a million people have now fled the conflict to neighbouring countries.

The UN Refugee Agency has warned that many of the refugees are very young or very old, and ill-equipped to cope with a cold, wet winter.
