UK PM on Syria: 'This is not an either or situation'
As Syrians mark the second anniversary of the start of the nation's unrest, the EU has been discussing lifting its arms embargo to allow supplying rebels.
The British prime minister has told an EU summit in Brussels it was right to look at further changes in terms of the arms embargo, and important to work with the opposition party in Syria.
Mr Cameron said what the international community had done so far, had not overall worked in terms of stopping the conflict in the country, and it was necessary to work out what can be done to help achieve a transition at the top.
