Egypt crisis: Muslim Brotherhood's 'march of anger' protests in Cairo

More deaths have been reported in Egypt following further violent clashes between demonstrators and security forces.

Hundreds of people had gathered at a mosque in Cairo's Ramses square on Friday, after the Muslim Brotherhood, of which Mr Morsi is a member, appealed to its supporters to join a "march of anger".

Fatalities were also reported outside the capital.
