G20: What do Syrians think of Obama's strike plans?

The fallout from last month's chemical attack in Syria continued at the G20 summit in St Petersburg on Friday, with President Obama pushing for international support for a US strike against the Assad government.

But what do the people, who would be most affected by any military action, think of Mr Obama's plans?

Kevork Almassian is a journalist who supports the Syrian government, while Lebanese activist Rana Khoury, whose step father was assassinated by the regime, wants Mr Assad to resign.

They met with the BBC's Jim Muir in Beirut to talk about the consequences of international intervention in the conflict.
