Syria chemical attack evidence 'points at Assad'
The is "no doubt" that "all the evidence" suggests President Bashar al-Assad's forces were behind a recent chemical attack near Damascus that killed more than 1,400 people, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague has said.
His comments came as US Secretary of State John Kerry prepared to meet his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Geneva for talks about a Russian-led plan to try and secure Syria's chemical weapons.
