UN discusses Syria chemical weapons resolution

A draft resolution on ridding Syria of chemical weapons has been discussed by the UN Security Council.

The BBC's Kim Ghattas reports that the agreement between the US and Russia on a draft text has been seen as a historic breakthrough, but there are more obstacles before the resolution is passed.
