Kerry describes Anas al-Liby as a 'legal target'

US Secretary of State John Kerry has defended the capture of the alleged al-Qaeda leader Anas al-Liby on Saturday, who he said was a "legal and appropriate target".

Mr Kerry's comments come after Libya asked the US for an explanation for the raid on its territory.
