New Egyptian constitution 'marks new era' - Moussa

This week, Egyptians will vote in a referendum on a new constitution.

It will be the first time they go to the polls since the military ousted the Islamist President, Mohammed Morsi, last July.

The vote is seen by many as a referendum on the popularly-backed coup.

Orla Guerin has been speaking to the veteran Egyptian diplomat Amr Moussa, chairman of the 50-member committee which drafted the constitution. She first asked him how important the vote is for Egypt.
