Syria talks: Opposition anger over 'junior delegates'
The Syrian opposition has accused the government of not taking peace talks in Geneva seriously.
Issues being discussed include transferring power to a transitional government, and allowing aid convoys into besieged areas of the city of Homs.
However, Syrian National Coalition spokesperson Louay Safi claimed the government was still "outside the room", after sending "junior members" to lead the delegation.
Earlier, the government team reportedly presented a "declaration of principles" to the opposition, which it rejected.
