Syria: No end to fighting as Geneva talks make no progress
In Geneva, the second round of peace talks to end the conflict in Syria is drawing to a close with no sign of progress.
On the ground in Syria, fighting has intensified and the death toll has risen significantly since the talks began.
Adding to the UN's worries is a possible Syrian government offensive in the town of Yabroud, with escalating air strikes and a build-up of ground forces. The UN says the Syrian authorities must let civilians leave.
