Erekat expecting 'defining moment' in Middle East talks
The Palestinian Authority's chief negotiator Saeb Erekat says he is expecting a "defining moment" as talks over a Middle East settlement prepare to resume in Paris.
US Secretary of State John Kerry is mediating the talks and is soon expected to present both sides with a framework peace agreement.
Mr Erekat told HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur he had known Mr Kerry for 26 years and did not know of "any other American official who knows Palestinian and Israelis inside out as much as Mr Kerry", adding: "I believe that's the difference this time".
