Syria crisis: 'Implementation starts now' - Ambassador Power

The UN Security Council has unanimously adopted a resolution to boost humanitarian aid in Syria.

The resolution says both Syrian government and opposition forces must allow aid convoys to reach civilians across the country.

Russia and China, which had previously vetoed three resolutions against Syria, voted in favour this time.

The BBC's Nick Bryant spoke to Samantha Power, US ambassador to the UN, about the potential impact the resolution could have.
