How bad are Iraq's sectarian tensions?
In 2007 and 2008, BBC Newsnight filmed in Dora, a suburb of southern Baghdad populated largely by Sunnis but with a significant Christian minority.
Al-Qaeda in Iraq had declared it a liberated zone and was busy perpetrating all manner of attacks but, by the time of Newsnight's last visit, the neighbourhood had been turned around.
However, with conventional wisdom holding that the sectarian currents sweeping through the Middle East are turning Iraq once more into a battleground, the programme revisited Dora to assess how bad the sectarian tensions are.
Newsnight's diplomatic and defence editor Mark Urban reports.
