Syrian presidential election: Refugees give their views

Syrian refugees in Beirut, Lebanon, have been speaking to the BBC about the plan to hold a Syrian presidential election on 3 June.

One refugee told the BBC's Jim Muir that it would be "very, very hard" to hold elections and described Syria as a "military state".

UN chief Ban Ki-moon has condemned the election plan, saying it could torpedo efforts to broker a deal to end the three-year civil war, which has killed 150,000.
