Qatar World Cup: Minister dodges BBC reporter's questions

Organisers of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar are to meet Fifa investigator Michael Garcia amid growing calls for the Gulf state to be stripped of the right to hold the tournament.

The Sunday Times reported that payments of millions of pounds were made to officials who supported the bid.

The BBC's Mark Lobel attempted to speak to Qatar's Minister of Finance, Ali Shareef Al-Emadi, to ask him about the cost of a potential re-run of the World Cup bid process.
