Struggle for Iraq: 'Fear of ISIS and civil war' in Baghdad

As President Barack Obama says the US is ready for "targeted and precise military action" against Islamists in Iraq, fighting has continued in the country.

Sunni military extremists have spent a second day battling to seize control of Iraq's biggest oil refinery.

The BBC's John Simpson reports from a mainly Sunni area in the suburbs of Baghdad, where there is fear of civil war with the Shia majority.
