'Chaotic scenes' after Jerusalem synagogue attack

At least four Israelis have been killed and eight injured in an attack at a West Jerusalem synagogue.

Two men armed with a pistol, axes and knives carried out the attack in the Har Nof neighbourhood during prayers.

The attackers, who Israeli police say were Palestinians from East Jerusalem, were shot dead.

The BBC's Yolande Knell said that there were chaotic scenes in the aftermath of the attack.
