Jordan and Islamic State: The view from Lebanon

King Abdullah II has returned to Jordan for crisis talks after curtailing a trip to the US following the killing of a Jordanian pilot by Islamic State.

He landed in Amman a day after IS posted a video appearing to show pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh being burned alive.

Jordan executed two convicts, including failed female suicide bomber Sajida al-Rishawi, in response.

The BBC asked people in Beirut whether Jordan should reconsider its stance on IS.
