Israel election: 'Security fears' seal Netanyahu victory
The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has started to form a new government after his unexpectedly comfortable victory in parliamentary elections.
His Likud party, which had trailed in the opinion polls, won enough seats to allow him to form another coalition.
America has expressed concern about what it called "divisive rhetoric" during the campaign, including a pledge to block the formation of a Palestinian state.
