'Iraq's problems bigger than IS,' says former adviser to US
Emma Sky was political adviser to the American military in Iraq from 2007 to 2010.
She said Iraq's problems were much "bigger than ISIS".
"The only people who can really destroy [Islamic State] are the Sunnis living in Iraq," she added.
