Iran nuclear deal 'a pretty good outcome' - IISS
A deal on limiting Iran's nuclear programme in return for sanctions relief has been reached at talks in Vienna, diplomats say.
Under the agreement, access for nuclear inspectors monitoring Iran's programme would reportedly not be automatic.
Mark Fitzpatrick of the International Institute for Strategic Studies told the BBC: "There won't be an Iranian nuclear weapon in the foreseeable future and there won't be a war to stop it - that's a pretty good outcome".
