Doctor 'under siege' in Aleppo

International concern is growing over the fate of Syrians fleeing a government offensive around the northern city of Aleppo.

Humanitarian groups have renewed their appeal to Turkey to let in tens of thousands of people trapped in camps on the Syrian side of the border.

Hamza Alkhatab, a doctor in one of the hospitals in a rebel held area said the city was under siege.
