Russia 'widely blamed' for Syria attacks

Medical charity Medecins Sans Frontieres says the attack on one of the clinics it supports was "deliberate" while Turkey claims it was carried out by Russian forces.
Activists have accused Russia of carrying out the strikes but there has been no independent confirmation.
