Ban Ki-Moon: Boutros-Ghali a 'respected statesman'

The Secretary-General of the United Nations has paid tribute to his predecessor who has died.

Ban Ki-Moon said Boutros Boutros-Ghali, who left office in 1997, had shaped the UN's response to a dramatic rise in peacekeeping.
