Footage shows child being pulled from Idlib strike rubble

Turkey has accused Russia of bombing a hospital and a mosque in the Syrian city of Idlib.

Activists say at least 23 people died in the air strikes but Turkey puts the figure at more than 60.

Russia has denied its planes carried out the attacks.
