Airstrike on Syria maternity hospital leaves two dead

A maternity hospital in Idlib province has been hit in an air strike.

Two people are reported to have been killed and a number of patients and staff injured.

Meanwhile, the United Nations envoy to Syria has backed Russian proposals for humanitarian corridors to be set up in the besieged city of Aleppo.
