Syria convoy attack 'could be war crime'

There is "little doubt" that an attack on an aid convoy in Syria could be a war crime, says Andrew Mitchell.

The former international development secretary tells the Today programme that the UN has been "hobbled" by the fact that Russia, a permanent representative of the security council, is "breaching international law".
