Blasts drown out victory celebrations in Mosul

BBC Arabic's Basheer Al Zaidi says sporadic clashes have continued in Mosul despite the Iraqi government's declaration of victory there on Monday.

Troops and helicopters have been targeting IS militants still holding out on the western edge of the Old City.
