Kosovo 'wants good neighbourly relations' with Serbia
Mimoza Kusari-Lila is Deputy Prime Minister and Trade Minister of Kosovo. Economic development in the fledgling state has been thwarted by the bitter relationship with neighbouring Serbia.
The feud prevents both states being welcomed into the European family of nations. Without European investment and universal international recognition, Kosovo's economy remains the poorest in all of Europe.
But despite the disagreements, Ms Kusari-Lila told Stephen Sackur on HARDtalk she believes the long-running conflict between the ethnic Albanian majority and the ethnic Serbian minority can be resolved.
