Mazibuko: ANC need 'radical rethink’ on land reform

Lindiwe Mazibuko is the parliamentary leader of the largest opposition party in South Africa, the Democratic Alliance.

She tells HARDtalk's Sarah Montague that, if elected, her party could tackle land-reform in a more effective way than the ANC and could "easily achieve" targets the ANC have said were impossible to reach.
