Abdul Salaam Zaeef on Afghan negotiations

"Obstacles" stand in the way of negotiations at a major international conference in Kabul, a former Taliban official has warned.

Abdul Salaam Zaeef said that the Taliban had not asked for talks, so he could not see why conditions, such as the acceptance of international forces, should be accepted.
