A group of protesters in Pakistan burned an effigy of British Prime Minister David Cameron as they chanted slogans over comments he made during a visit last week to neighbouring India where he suggested Pakistan exports terrorism.

They chanted "Down with Cameron" outside the Karachi Press Club.
