UN makes urgent call for more Pakistan flood aid

Many more people will be killed by the floods in Pakistan, according to the United Nations, unless more help arrives soon for victims.

The UN has launched an appeal for £300 million in aid as the country struggles to deal with its worst humanitarian disaster in modern times.

At least 1,600 people are known to have died and millions have been left homeless or without livelihoods.
