Business 'thriving' in northern Afghanistan

British forces may be focusing their fight in Helmand but in northern Afghanistan it appears to be far quieter than in the south.

In the north, Americans, Germans, Swedes, Finns and others are working as part of the international security force known as ISAF. It's been far quieter than the south, allowing more aid work and economic development to take place.

The BBC's Caroline Wyatt visited a factory in northern Afghanistan, which has been funded by USAID.
