Monsoon rains hamper Delhi Commonwealth Games work
Monsoon rains are seriously hampering the building work for the venues for the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
The BBC's Mark Dummett visited one construction site where he saw workers unable to do any work at all.
Most of the workers are migrants from the states of Bihar or Jharkhand and have been living in makeshift shelters on a low-lying area next to the road for months.
Since Tuesday night's rain, their homes have been underwater and some have been seen swimming back and forth to save at least some of their possessions.
