Osama Bin Laden 'was not armed' but 'did resist'

Details have emerged about how Osama Bin Laden was killed.

The White House has confirmed he did resist capture but was unarmed when US special forces raided his compound in Pakistan.

Spokesman Jay Carney also confirmed one of Bin Laden's wives had been shot in the raid, but not killed.
