'Koran burning is recruitment bonanza for al-Qaeda'

President Obama has asked the pastor who plans to burn the Koran to 'listen to the better angels' and call off what he calls a 'stunt'.

Obama says what Rev Jones proposes to do is completely contrary to American values of freedom and religious tolerance.

He said it would serve as a recruitment tool for Al-Qaeda.
