Clinton warns coalition 'the danger is far from over'

The US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has welcomed the agreement by Nato to take responsibility for the no-fly zone over Libya, but warned that "the danger is far from over".

Mrs Clinton said the welfare of civilians was of "paramount concern" and "as long as the Gaddafi regime threatens its people and defies the United Nations, we should remain vigilant and focussed".
