Gunman kills several people at university in Oakland

Police in California say a gunman has opened fire at a Christian college in the city of Oakland.

In a statement, police said there were fatalities at Oikos University, a college for Korean students.

Oakland Police spokeswoman Johnna Watson confirmed there had been fatalities.
