Barack Obama in trade complaint with China
US President Barack Obama has announced a trade complaint against China, accusing Beijing of illegally subsidising exports of cars and car parts.
Speaking to a crowd of supporters in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr Obama attacked Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, saying his rival had a record of sending jobs overseas and had owned firms that "pioneered" outsourcing.
Mr Obama said he preferred to "walk the walk", adding that his administration had worked to hold China accountable for unfair trade practices.
