Helicopter rooftop rescue for Sandy stranded

When Sandy struck the East Coast of the US many people in New York City had already been evacuated to safety, but others caught out by rising floodwaters became stranded in the their homes.

Helicopter 23, named after the 23 New York City Police Officers killed in the 9/11 terror attacks, was on hand to help out, as the BBC's David Eades explains.
