Texas college stabbing witness says suspect 'eccentric'

Police say a student is in custody after a stabbing rampage that left 14 wounded at a college in Texas.

Two of the injured at the Cypress campus of Lone Star College are in critical condition after the attack.

One student, Michael Chalfan, said the suspect was an "eccentric".
