Armless pilot Jessica Cox on the power of 'I can'

Jessica Cox, who was born without arms but is now a motivational speaker, has returned from a trip to Ethiopia where she worked with children with disabilities.

The children there face many challenges, including stigma relating to their disabilities and they sometimes struggle to meet their basic needs, Ms Cox said.

But she added that showing the children the wide range of skills she has learned opened them up to new possibilities.

Ms Cox has learnt to drive a car and fly a plane, insisting that her disability would not stop her from living life to the fullest.
