San Francisco crash landing: Investigators deployed to site

A team of investigators is flying to San Francisco to examine what caused a Boeing 777 aircraft to crash-land at San Francisco international airport.

Asiana Airlines Flight 214, from Seoul, had 291 passengers and 16 crew on board.

The Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), Debbie Hersman, said the team would investigate a number of areas including operations, human performance, weather and maintenance of the craft.
