Sandy Hook: Nicole Hockley vows to honour son's memory
Nicole Hockley's son Dylan was six years old when he was killed in his classroom at Sandy Hook Elementary School on 14 December 2012, along with 19 other children and six school staff members.
One year on, Mrs Hockley spoke to the BBC's North America Editor Mark Mardell about the loss of her son.
She also described her disappointment that the tragedy had not led to major reform of gun control laws, and said she hoped to honour her son's memory by fighting for meaningful change to prevent future tragedies.
