US north-east hit by second wave of huge snow storm
A giant winter storm is unleashing a second wave of heavy snowfall on the US north-east.
As much as 15in (38cm) of snow has been dumped on the Washington DC region and 8in around New York City.
The usually mild southern states have not been spared either, with hundreds of thousands of people still without power.
The weather system has affected people in about 22 states from Texas to Maine and has been blamed for at least 22 deaths.
