'A slap in the face' - Staten Island reacts to Eric Garner
A New York woman who in July filmed a black man being put into an apparent "chokehold" by a police officer calls the decision not to prosecute a "slap in the face".
The man, Eric Garner, died but a grand jury decided on Wednesday that there would be no charges.
A neighbour of Mr Garner said: "Nothing's going to happen, it'll just be the same things".
