Man pulls down house without telling wife

Diane Andryshak from Middletown, New York, left her husband with the task of working on their home's renovations while she went out.

However, when she returned she found her house had been knocked down by her partner, leaving her the owner of an empty lot.

Her partner, James Rhein, allegedly told investigators that the house on Woodland Avenue was in such poor condition it could not be repaired so he tore it down.
